3609348 - SAP Standard ODP extractor 0FI_GL_14 isn't returning any data when using filters and delta init

SAP Standard ODP extractor 0FI_GL_14 could not get any data with DeltaInit mode. However, the correct number of data records can be executed with Full mode.

In the job log of the DelaInit process, the incorrect Delta Interval timestamp can be found. Such as:
