3609590 - Follow-On Notifications Button Is Not Visible In The Document Flow

Symptom

User is checking the Document Flow of a work order using IW32/IW33 or IW12. There are Follow-on notifications related to the work order, however the "Follow-on Notifications" button is not visible in the document flow.
