Symptom

  • After Upgrade/Rollback from 4.2 to 4.3 , Tomcat Service throws Error while starting from Central Configuration Manager or Services.
  • We observe below error  :



  • In Event Viewer logs , it throws same error :
    "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
