3609740 - Statutory Reporting - The reporting Year for the report category is not correct for the Quarterly report

Symptom

When accessing a report through the "Run Statutory Report" application, the reporting year displayed on the report is one year ahead of the selected reporting period. For instance, if the reporting period is set to year 'X', the reporting year displays as 'X+1'.
