Symptom

In a new installed BS environment, ASE server is running good. When try to connect to the ASE server using isql, it failed with below error:

isql -Usapsa -P******** -S<SID> -X
CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect
