3609954 - Crowd Activity reject reason not stored on Database Level

Symptom

On the Crowd Partner Portal, when Activity is rejected by a Crowd Partner, it is mandatory to enter a reject reason which is missing on Database.

Conclusion, the Dispatcher can't identify that this is a rejected activity.
