3610052 - Unable to Delete Data with Program RHRHDL00 Due to Inconsistent Relationships in HRP* Tables

Symptom

When attempting to delete data from HRP* tables (such as HRP1000, HRP1001, HRP1002) using program RHRHDL00, certain records are not deleted as expected. This issue occurs particularly when there are missing or inconsistent relationships between records in these tables, such as when records in HRP1000 lack corresponding links in HRP1001 or HRP1002. As a result, the deletion process does not complete for all intended records.
