All messages fail in the Cloud for Customer system with the error "Multiple business instances detected for logical system ABC123."

ABC123 refers to the logical system ID of the backend system.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. 1. 1. Go to the Administrator work center.
      2. Go to the General Setting work view.
      3. Open the Web Service Message Monitoring under System Administration.
      4. Find the relevant erroneous message.
      5. Select the Message and view the error.

      You can see the error for all interfaces: Multiple business instances detected for logical system ABC123.

You have created multiple communication systems with the same "IDOC Logical System ID". 

Ideally, you cannot have two communication systems with the same "IDOC Logical system ID". You need to adjust one of the system IDs by following these steps:

1. Go to the Administrator Work Center.
2. Open the General Settings View.
3. Open Communication Systems.
4. Check the communication systems that have the same IDOC Logical system ID.
5. Adjust it to a unique value in the C4C system and reprocess the failed messages.
