3610095 - Null Displayed Instead of Course Name Upon Completion in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Upon completion of a course, a pop-up message is received with 'null' displayed instead of the course's name.

1. Complete an item in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
2. Observe the received pop-up message.

• The issue arises due to the item title not being populated in LMS for the user's locale.

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Items.
2. Search for the affected item and click on it.
3. Populate the 'Title' field.
4. Once the item title is populated, it will display the item title instead of 'null' in the message once the item is completed.
