3610127 - The migration object "CO - Cost center (new)" not working as expected

Symptom

During Cost Center migration using the new migration object "CO - Cost center (new)" the cost centers have the fields 'Lock Revenue Posting' and 'Lock Commitment Updates' enabled in the app 'Manage Cost Centers' even though the fields are not marked X in the upload file.
