3610184 - Employees' Provident Fund compliance form does not have a description for Attachments field - Onboarding

Symptom

The India compliance form for the "Employees' Provident Fund Organization" has an "Attachments"  section under question 9.b) however there is no description as regards what needs to be attached.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Onbordee login to Success Factors
  2. Start the Compliance onboarding task
  3. Start Employees' Provident Fund Organisation form
  4. On question 7, select Yes
  5. There is an "Attachments"  section under question 9.b) 
  6. There is no description that explains what file needs to be attached

Cause

Resolution

  • Engineering is aware of this issue and they are working to add a description for the Attachments field.
  • The issue is currently planned to be fixed in 2H 2025 Release.
  • Reference: OBX-38944, you might check the internal ticket contacting the SAP Account Executive or SAP SF point of contact.
