How to add more fields under "Column display option" when accessing the calibration from drop down of the home screen?

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Go to Calibration tab from drop down of the home screen 
2. Open any session and you can see the eye icon which shows the column display options

You have the option to define which fields should be displayed in the following sections of Calibration.

Go to Manage calibration settings -> select the tab "Search and Filter fields":

For people search function in the Manage Calibration Session > People tab, you can define which fields are returned by default in the search result table by the options in the Include Search Result Fields column, and which fields can be selected additionally in the settings option by the options in the Default Search Result Fields column.
For filter function across all views, including Executive Review, of calibration session, you can define which filters are displayed by default by the options in the Filter Fields column.
