Some users unable to access the story and getting error 'The user does not have access to view [_SYS_BIC]'

1. Login to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Open the story

Notice the error "The user does not have access to view [_SYS_BIC]."

The user does not have permission to access the view [_SYS_BIC].

Grant access to the view [_SYS_BIC] to the user.
