• Users encounter a persistent pop-up regarding the SuccessFactors Scheduled Maintenance Notification when accessing the system:

• There is no maintenance scheduled in the Cloud Availability Center.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login into SuccessFactors
2. Upon complete loading and redirect, the popup appears

The issue occurs for users using old unsupported browsers as of 2505 release update.

Ensure that the latest version of the browser is being used, or at the very least a version from 2025.

Supported browser versions include those still supported by their respective vendors (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox): Supported Desktop Browsers for SAP SuccessFactors | SAP Help Portal.

Windows 7 has been not been supported anymore since 2020.

End of support for Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7 | Microsoft Windows

If customer is using Mobile Browser to open SuccessFactors, the OS version of the Mobile must meet below requirement:

Engineering team worked on the improvement of the "maintenance message" shows up in this issue. A patch has been deployed at June 12, 2025 will improve the message, to  inform the user that they are current using an unsupported browser by adding a message strip at the top of the page, below the header. This message strip will appear on every page and can be dismissed (closed).
