When you do conversions between UTC and local times, you need to use the UTCTOLOCAL and LOCALTOUTC functions. The two functions require input parameter "TIMEZONE_NAME".
In some cases , you need to know how the TIMEZONE_NAME in timezone dataset 'platform' is mapping to those TIMEZONE_NAME in timezone dataset 'sap'.
