3610551 - [Known Issue] Document migrated from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding cannot be filtered in Manage Documents - Onboarding

Since 2025 1H release, with Document Migration from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding, you can now migrate all your documents to the latest Onboarding solution before the sunset of Onboarding 1.0. 

• *The document migrated to Manage Documents will have title containing a "random number", which is the Onboarding 1.0 DocumentID and being unique so that can avoid duplicate document in DMS.

To fetch all documents for a specific candidate from ONB 1.0, the "Document Owner" field in the Advanced Filters section can be used.

However, it's found documents from "archived" 1.0 processes cannot be matched by "Document Owner" filter.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Documents
2. Filter with document name e.g. US W4_1234
3. Download "US W4_1234.pdf" > see candidate's name is XXX YYY
4. Search the name "XXX YYY" in Advanced filter "Document Owner" > click on candidate's record
5. No document is found for this candidate
6. Check in Super Admin (ONB 1.0 backend) > Manage HRData
7. Search candidate's name > see relative process is in archived status

Known issue.

• This issue is corrected in the patch [1H 2025 P11].
