SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3610651 - "Database error -10807 at OPC" and there is "Database error 437 at OPC" error in detail error information.

Symptom

In system log there is error as following:
Database error -10807 at OPC
> Connection down: [89006] System call 'send' failed,
> SiteVolumeID:0:3 SiteType:NONE ConnectionID:300835
> SessionID:1432138644096574}

SQL error -10709 occurred; work process in reconnect status Work process has left reconnect status

When checking system log and dev trace there is also error as:
Database error 437 at OPC
> only commands for license handling are allowed in current state
