3610720 - "Is Full-Time Employee" Field shows different values on UIs while the field value is null

• A user previously had the value of "Yes" maintained in the "Is-fulltime-employee" field. The value was removed and the record was saved. A null value is now saved for the field.
• The "Is Full-Time Employee" Field now shows value as "No" on employee profile and when inserting new record.
• If we click the history (clock icon) and view the Job Info History we can see that the latest effective dated record shows the value as "Yes".
• Click the history (clock icon) and then select "Insert New Record" and the field value displays as "No" 
• When editing through MSS the field value displays as "No"
