3610729 - Direct link to SAP Central Business Configuration is missing in "Manage Your Solution" app

In a SAP Central Business Configuration managed S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition target system when opening "Manage Your Solution" app, there is no direct link to SAP Central Business Configuration tenant, hence cannot access CBC system from there.

• SAP Central Business Configuration

Trying to access CBC from a (Q) Test or (P) Production tenant Manage Your Solution in 3-System Landscape.

In S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 3-System Landscape, the SAP Central Business Configuration tenant is not directly connected to Test or Prod tenants.

The direct link to CBC in Manage Your Solution app can only be found in DEV target systems, which are directly connected to CBC tenant.
