3610898 - DRTM Master Data Purge - Launch Immediately vs Schedule Recurring behavior

As a SuccessFactors administrator, I noticed a difference in the DRTM Master Data Purge execution between Launch Immediately vs Schedule Recurring:

• When the DRTM Master Data Purge job is executed according to the Schedule Recurring Pattern, the system will check the permission of the last approver.
  • The system checks the "Manage User" target population, but it uses the permissions of the last approver of the scheduled purge request instead of the creator
  •  If the approver lacks the permission, the purge process will not be executed. And the Purge Results will be "Complete with Empty Report".
• When the DRTM Master Data Purge job is executed by the creator through the "Launch Immediately", the system checks if the users to be purged are within the permission "Manage User" target population of the request creator.
