3610913 - Error when reopening Fiori app Manage Substitution and Validation Rules (F4406)

Symptom

  • After opening Fiori app Manage Substitution and Validation Rules (App ID F4406), navigating to the Fiori launchpad home screen and reopening the F4406 app, the following error occurs: App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded. Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent '#FinSubstitutionValidation-........'. 
  • In addition, the following error is also displayed in the F12 Developer Console: TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'shortcut')
