3610923 - "Error occured while fetching reports!" in Report Center - Story Reporting

• When going to Report Center, an error message pops up: "Error occurred while fetching reports!"
• In the Report Center filter, when selecting every type of report except Story Report the issue will no longer persist. When creating a new Story Report, it is not working properly.
• When trying to resynchronize Report Center, the job will fail with the following error message:
  Error occurred. com.github.scribejava.core.exceptions.OAuthConnectionException: There was a problem while creating a connection to the remote service: o6te7zyeqfuceq4yemyc7g8.authentication.eu11.hana.ondemand.com/oauth/token?grant_type=client_credentials
