3610960 - Inconsistency in Language Display in ILX Team View When Filtering Assignments

Symptom

In Team View, there is a filter option on a user's assigned items. If selecting a filter that then has no results available, the screen states "No results found Try adjusting your filter criteria"

  • That text that states there are no results is being translated by the browser language settings and not Learning locale preferences
  • There is no label associated to that text

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Change browser language preference to another language
  2. Go to Team View
  3. Click on a user and then filter on the Required Learning section for a type of assignment that is not on their learning plan
  4. See the screen be translated to browser language

Resolution

This issue will be resolved as part of the 2H 2025 release. The text will be using existing labels of the system and no additional labels will be created.
