3611039 - Issue with Phase Selection in Process Order Confirmation in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • When confirming a process order with the app "Confirm Process Order Phase", the phase field does not display any values.
  • Error message "Phase/operation in process order does not exist (please check entry)" is received when entering the process order number and pressing enter.
  • Despite maintaining all settings in master data the issue persists.
