3611058 - Authorization Failure when Scheduling Treasury Accountant Job Post Debit Position

• An issue was encountered in the Application Jobs App while trying to schedule a specific job template "Securities: Automatic Debit Position", resulting in an authorization failure.
• The error message "Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process" is displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the Application Jobs App.
2. Attempt to schedule the job template "Securities: Automatic Debit Position".
3. Observe the authorization failure.

This job template 'Securities: Automatic Debit Position' was deprecated several years ago. It will be removed from the job template list in 2508 release.

The available job template is Post Debit Position which can be used to process flows available in the App Schedule Treasury Accountant Jobs. Job template is available with the IAM app id  F2770_TRAN or business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_TRM_AJ_ACCT_PC.

App tile "Automatic Debit Position and Postings - Securities Accounts" (App ID: FWSO) is a another way to process flows. IAM app id is FWSO_TRAN, Business catalog is SAP_FIN_BC_TRM_SECU_ACC_PC, and it is used in role of Treasury Accountant and Treasury Specialist – Back office.
