3611060 - Delivery reference remains in /SCWM/SERI after implicit GR

Symptom

  • When attempting to confirm a Warehouse Task (WT), the system is displaying the following error message:
    "Delivery assignment of serial number &1 must not be changed.
    Message No. /SCWM/SERIAL009."
  • Upon reviewing the /SCWM/SERI table, it appears that the specified serial number is still linked to an Inbound Delivery (PDI) where Goods Receipt (GR) is already posted in case of Serial Number (SN) with status A or linked to a putawayed PDI in case of SN C.
