3611085 - Delegation Issue: Unable to View Contents in Performance Form

• An issue has been identified where the delegated user is unable to view the contents of the Performance form.
• The issue is observed when testing the delegation feature in a test system.
• The delegated user can accept the delegation task and review the form, but upon opening the form, no contents are visible.
• The issue is specific to certain delegator-delegatee pairs, while others are able to view the form and its contents without any issues.
