3611092 - LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND runtime error in SAPMV60A navigating to a custom screen

Symptom

  • An error occurs when performing billing process as creation, editing or viewing billing documents.
  • A dump error takes place containing message "LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND", "MV60AO0C_CUST_HEAD_SET_DATA" and "CUST_HEAD_SET_DATA".
  • There is custom code logic as enhancement implemented for a UI screen which the error takes place.
