3611251 - Unable to view the log in APP Schedule Matching Run Job

Symptom

Users encounter an issue in APP Schedule Matching Run Job where the log generated after running a Matching Run job is not visible to other users. 

The log is visible only to the user who scheduled the job. 

When other users attempt to view the log, it appears greyed out and displays the note "You are not authorized to view this job output".
