User-A assigned with CURR-1 = Required Date reset to original date.
User-B assigned with CURR-2 = Required Date reset to original date.
None of the users have a failure completion status in the history for the item.

Resolution
There is a warning when changing the toggle that it may affect learning plan, curriculum status, and expiration date. So, it will reset any manual changes if customer has done for any specific users. Please note that a curriculum could be assigned to thousands of users so when we toggle on/off 'Subsequent Failures Reset Curriculum Status' flag of the curriculum it must reset for all users and cannot keep individual changes made manually.
