3612231 - Display Document Reference ID in App Display Line Items in General Ledger in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

It is required to display "Document Reference ID" field in App Display Line Items in General Ledger (App ID: F2217)in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the App Display Line Items in General Ledger.
2. Attempt to locate the "Document Reference ID" field in the app.

The "Document Reference ID" field is not available by default in the App Display Line Items in General Ledger.

It is possible to display the Document Reference ID field in App Display Line Items in General Ledger by creating a data source extension.

Follow the steps:

1. Open App Custom Fields and Logic
2. Under second tab Data Source Extensions, choose Create by clicking '+'
3. Select data source FAC_GLV_GL_ACCOUNT_LINE_ITEMS_SRV (Display Line Items in General Ledger) to create
4. Open the search button which is on the left side, and search for the relevant fields
5. Save and Publish

Then the relevant fields should be able to select App Display Line Items in General Ledger.
