3612271 - The 'New Check to Refresh Workflow To-Do Items' is not resolving the issue of approved approval cards still appearing on the homepage -1H 2025

Approved workflows remain visible when accessing workflows on the homepage but not in to do list.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central -Workflow

1. Log in as the approver and go to home page.
2. Approved workflow still visible in the homepage.
3. Expected Result: Once approved, the workflow should disappear from the approver’s home page.

• Product Engineering has confirmed that the Approval cards in Home Page are not intended to be refreshed by the new Check. 
• If you have this issue of Approval cards not getting removed after approval/rejection of the workflow, please reach out to Technical Support Team.
