3612283 - Premise and Contract Account are not available in Global Search

Symptom

  • Premise, Contract Account entities are missing in Global Search.
  • The issue arises when shifting from Enterprise Search to Global Search.
  • No results are found when searching for any premise ID in Global Search.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Go to Global Search and search for any premise ID.
  3. No results are found.

Cause

Resolution

Premise and Contract Account are not supported in Global Search. Please refer to Global Search for more details.
