3612409 - Sales Text Maintained in Product Master Data Not Retrieved in Solution Order Output - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Both products &A and &B have sales texts maintained in the product master data. When creating solution order with both products:

  • For product &A, the sales texts maintained in the product master data are automatically brought to the "Notes" tab of the solution order item &1.
  • For product &B, the sales texts maintained in the product master data are not automatically brought to the "Notes" tab of the solution order item &2.
