3612530 - User facing error with email containing apostrophe on SAP Build Work Zone

Symptom

  • User that has apostrophe in they email address, e.g. "user'name@xxx.com', is not being able to login in the SAP Build Work Zone environment.
  • Whenever a user with apostrophe in email address (e.g. "user'name@xxx.com') is not being able to login in the SAP Build Work Zone environment, event if the account is set accordingly and the password is correct;
  • Whenever a user with apostrophe in email address (e.g. "user'name@xxx.com') tries to request a connection or open an application service within the SAP Build Work Zone environment, it fails to load.
