3612542 - Runtime error UC_OBJECTS_NOT_CONVERTIBLE in VA03 costing report

Symptom

In the transaction code VA03, when you double-click a line item from the costing report, the runtime error "UC_OBJECTS_NOT_CONVERTIBLE" is issued from SAPLKKBC program. According to the short dump message, the issue is due to type conversion which is not successful.
