3612788 - Service Call and Activity Not Visible in Planning and Dispatching Board Despite Existing in Database

Service Call and Activity are present on Database level and can be fetched via Query API.

In some cases, they are also visible in the Service Call List and Activity List.

However, when searching for the same on Planning and Dispatching Board - it cannot be found.
