3612860 - SAP HANA XS Advance Cockpit - unable to fetch tenant databases

Unable to manage tenant DB in xsa cockpit. 

collecting the xsa cockpit logs : xs logs --all xsa-cockpit > /tmp/xsa-cockpit.log
