3612906 - Button to navigate pages, within Canvas reports/WFA, is not functioning

Clicking the 'Arrow', to Navigate between pages does not respond

This is observed following the 2505 (1H 2025) release.

• The Navigation of Pages within Canvas reports is no longer functioning properly
• Navigation of pages in WFA is no longer functioning properly
• Add to existing bundle is no longer functioning properly

1. Navigate to Report Center
2. Run any of the affected Canvas report
3. Click on the arrow to see all pages
4. The button does not load the list of pages
   
5. OR "Add to existing bundle" does not lo load bundles

This is a release defect from 1H 2025 SuccessFactors release.

This is under investigation by SF Engineering Team.

  

Observations:

• The issue is seen to be dependent on the Browser Zoom
• With 100% browser zoom, navigation in reports with under 25 pages are working
• With 70% browser zoom, navigation is working for reports with pages up to 30
• If a canvas report holds more than 40 pages, the button starts to work at 50% browser zoom
• Same applied to the bundles. The more bundles there are, the more user needs to zoom out.

Workaround:

1. Kindly Zoom Out as required
2. Run the Canvas report
3. switch to the required page
4. Zoom In to view the data

Note: 

• Zoom out in the Browser, before running the Canvas report (in Report Center) OR launching the Metric in WFA
• The Zoom % depends on the number of Pages in the Report/Metric or amount of bundles (as mentioned in the 'Observations' above)
