3612952 - Permission Error when accessing workflows via View My Pending Requests page from Concurrent Employment/Assignment

Employee cannot access Quick Action - View Pending Workflows while accessing with multiple employments.

1. Using the primary employments > Click on Quick Action - View Pending Workflows
2. Click on the workflow
3. See the full workflow details
4. Change to a concurrent employment
5. Click on Quick Action - View Pending Workflows
6. Click on the workflow
7. See the error message "You do not have the necessary permission."

Expected system behavior.

• User need to enable switch "Enable Global Assignment Management" in provisioning page. 
• With this all the initiators' Concurrent Employments can access the workflow details page.
• Otherwise only the Concurrent Employment who initiates the workflow can view workflow details page. 

To enable, please execute the following steps:

1. Go to the Admin Center > Manage Employee Central Settings.
2. Under Person, Employment and Worker Type, enable Global Assignment Management.
   Save your changes.
