Symptom
This article provides guidance for troubleshooting Order, Email, and other Business Processes in SAP Commerce Cloud, especially when a process instance:
- Is stuck in the RUNNING state,
- Fails with errors,
- Or does not complete as expected.
A Business Process instance is typically created when specific system events occur, such as:
- An order is placed,
- A new account is registered,
- The "forgot password" process is triggered,
- Or actions like consignment and return processes are initiated.
