3612973 - Basic Authentication Failures in Cloud Integration Resulting in 401 Errors : Wrong Trust configuration in BTP Subaccount

Symptom

All attempts for Basic Authentication by users accessing Cloud Integration are resulting in 401 Unauthorized errors. 

Upon reviewing the LJS logs for the relevant timeframe, the following entries are observed:

ERROR#com.sap.esb.security.cloud.authentication.CloudAuthenticationFilter##anonymous#*****************###*****#na#na#na#na#client certificate received at load balancer: none
ERROR#com.sap.esb.security.cloud.authentication.CloudAuthenticationFilter##anonymous#*****************###*****#na#na#na#na#client certificate status from load balancer: No Certificate Presented from client side

You have reviewed that the S-user used is authenticating successfully in SAPForme
