3613004 - Start Process: "Personnel Number XXXX Doesn't Exist" (SY/530) Error in Fiori Process and Forms

Symptom

When attempting to open a process in Start Process application via the Fiori Launchpad, the following error is returned:

"Personnel number XXXX doesn't exist"

This message appears during the initialization of the form.

  • Error Code: /IWFND/CM_MGW004
  • Error Text: Personnel number XXXX doesn't exist
  • Service Name: HCMFAB_START_PROCESS_SRV

This error occurs consistently across all Fiori forms for affected users.
