3613041 - Dialog differences in "SAP Cloud Application Connection" to SuccessFactors Across Tenants Based on License Types in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Setting up a new "SAP Cloud Application live Connection" to SuccessFactors in SAC tenants dialog is not the same in different types of SAC tenants: 
  
  
• • In Non BTPEA Test System, in "New SAP Cloud Application Live Connection" popup, "Select Application" Checklist appears:

• • In BTPEA Test System, the "New SAP Cloud Application Live Connection" Dialog box appears.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Scenario A in Non BTPEA Test System: 

1. Login to SAC Prod system
2. Navigate to "Connection"
3. Add a new connection.
4. Under "Connect to Live Data" >> select "SAP Cloud Application"
   
   >> Notice that a "New SAP Cloud Application Live Connection" Select Application Checklist appears, containing "SAP SuccessFactors" option.

Scenario B in BTPEA Test System:

1. Login to SAC Test system.
2. Navigate to "Connection"
3. Add a new connection.
4. Under "Connect to Live Data" >> select "SAP Cloud Application"
   
   >> Notice that a "New SAP Cloud Application Live Connection" Dialog box appears, containing fields that need to be filled out.

• This behavior is by design.
• Both tenants are using different types of licenses:
  • Non BTPEA Test System: "Business Intelligence", "Planning Professional", "Planning Standard" licenses in SAC.
  • BTPEA Test System: "Test License".

• There is enhancement request created for BTPEA Test system:
