3613125 - Skipped Statuses not shown for candidates in Reporting - Recruiting Management

When reporting on Application Status Audit Trail, skipped statuses are not shown sometimes

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Reporting
2. Create New Report
3. Table > Recruiting V2
4. Under "App Status Audit Trail", select the Skipped Status column as one of the columns
5. Filter out the Job Application you want to check the Report for
6. 'Skipped by User' Statuses are not shown

Application gets created only after the Candidate has been added to the Job Requisition

When Candidate is Drag and Dropped from the "Forwarded" status to any other status like "Offer Created" status, the Application will be registered and then get created and the system registers the Application under the 'Offer Created' status.

Now if the same candidate is moved to a different status, while skipping other statuses, the skipped statuses will be reportable as "Skipped by User"

This is how the system is designed and this is an Expected Behaviour.

Note: This happens only when the Candidate is Dragged and Dropped to a different status.
