Symptom
The 'Learning Expiration Email Notification' automatic process is running with the status 'Completed with errors'. When looking at the errors, it mentions random values: "Student ABC, DEF GHI has no Email Address".
However, such users cannot be located in the tenant. How to identify the user(s) causing the error?

Reproducing the Issue
- Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Automatic Processes > Learning Expiration Email Notification >
- Make the APM is scheduled and running >
- After its execution, click on 'View Errors' and notice the error message.
