3613146 - user IDs missing in learning expiration email notification process - sap successfactors learning

When running the APM Learning Expiration, user names are replaced by random IDs.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to Learning admin > Automatic Processes > Learning Expiration Email Notification.
2. Run the APM Learning Expiration.
3. View errors > shows random ID instead of user names.
