3613200 - Dump ASSIGN_TYPE_CONFLICT in program "/SSA/EBO" after ST-A/PI Update

After update the ST-A/PI version to ST-A/PI 01W_731 SP0002, following dump appears:

What happened?
    Error in the ABAP application program.

    The current ABAP program "/SSA/EBO" had to be terminated because it found a
    statement that could not be executed.

Information on where terminated
    The termination occurred in ABAP program or include "/SSA/EBO", in
     "BCC_SLT_MONITORING". The
    main program was "SAPMSSY1".

    In the source code, the termination point is in line 42403 of  program or
    include "/SSA/EBO".
