3613230 - ORA: 0509-036 Cannot load program brconnect during DB import

During DB import of system copy, brconnect command fails.

Execution of the command "/usr/sap/ABC/SYS/exe/uc/rs6000_64/brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPR3" finished with return code 255. Output: 
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /usr/sap/ABC/SYS/exe/uc/rs6000_64/brconnect because of the following errors:
    0509-150   Dependent module libc++.a(cxxabi_64.o) could not be loaded.
    0509-022 Cannot load module libc++.a(cxxabi_64.o).
    0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist 

Following points have been checked:

• Command "ldd /usr/sap/ABC/SYS/exe/uc/rs6000_64/brconnect" returns error:
  Cannot find libc++.a(cxxabi_64.o)  
  
  
• Command "/usr/sap/UVH/SYS/exe/uc/rs6000_64/disp+work -v" works. 
  
  
• Minimum OS and C/C++ runtime requirement for SAP kernel is fully met as described in note 1780629.

• SAP system on Oracle database
• AIX server
