When attempting to update an existing SAP BTP Integration Suite – API Management instance (e.g., during Cloud TMS setup or parameter changes), the following error occurs:

• The update operation fails and the instance status is UPDATE_FAILED

Service broker error: Service broker apimanagement-apiportal failed with: Instance updation failed with error : Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'updateClone')

• Subsequent attempts to rollback or update the instance continue to result in failure
  
  
• The instance remains in a failed state, preventing further modifications.
