3613320 - Timed out waiting for tunnel to open for tunnelId account - SAP Build Apps

Symptom

While testing the destination(BTP integrate with S/4HANA) through an SBPA Action, everything works fine. However, when we try a direct integration from SAP Build Apps, it fails with the following error in Network Trace:

  • Status code 503 : "Service Unavailable" "Timed out waiting for tunnel to open for tunnelId account"

Error in SAP Cloud Connector:

  • Unexpected problem during tunnel processing in channel ...! R:connectivity.eu10.apps.build.cloud.sap/3.74.98.134:443]; Reason: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; Exception type: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException
